Good Shepherd is actively hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and promoting exceptional resident care. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plays a key leadership role by mentoring nursing staff, assisting with clinical oversight, and ensuring quality care standards are met throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing operations
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to nursing staff
Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in quality improvement and infection prevention initiatives
Assist with staff education, scheduling, and performance management
Promote excellent resident outcomes through clinical leadership
Qualifications
Current state Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required
Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of skilled nursing and long-term care regulations
