To support a growing go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM Strategic Finance Manager will manage financial models, performance insights, and decision support across various teams, influencing business strategy and investment efficiency. Key responsibilities Own the GTM finance operating model, including planning, forecasting, and business reviews across multiple functions Conduct full-funnel pipeline and marketing ROI analyses to connect demand generation with key business outcomes Analyze customer economics and contribution margins, providing insights on retention, churn, and expansion potential Required qualifications Degree in Finance and/or Data Science or equivalent experience; 7-10 years in GTM Strategic Finance and/or Business Operations Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS companies with advanced spreadsheet modeling skills Proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, Tableau) Ability to create financial and operational models with an understanding of Enterprise SaaS metrics Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events such as IPO, M&A, or private fundraising is a plus
