We are looking for dependable individuals to join our team as a
Call Center Specialist.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
What youll do:
The majority of your day will be outbound calls generating interest to schedule a free consultation with one of our sales representatives.
Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist customers by answering questions, providing information, and scheduling free consultations.
Accurately enter and maintain customer data in our system.
Document call details and maintain organized records.
Follow established procedures while delivering excellent customer service.
What were looking for:
Strong communication and listening skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone throughout the day.
Accurate data entry and basic computer skills. (Word/Excel)
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
Consistent attendance and a positive attitude.
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.

5:30pm
Friday 9:00am
2:00pm
