Leading data visualization and automation initiatives, the full-time remote Data & Reporting Analyst Lead will manage the creation of dashboards and reports, drive improvements in data processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting solutions. Key responsibilities Own and lead improvements for data and automation across reporting initiatives, including Tableau and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability Analyze business trends and identify strategies for reporting and automation enhancements Required qualifications 3+ years of professional experience as a business or data analyst Proven experience with data manipulation and visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Microsoft Power Platform Ability to create and interpret complex SQL queries in Redshift or Tableau Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VBA Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders to determine effective solutions
