Minimum * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one-three months clerical experience; or combination of relevant education and experience. * Minimum 18 years of age * Ability to pass drug test * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis * Ability to work any shift * Ability to travel independently on an occasional basis * Maintain confidentiality * Accuracy/attention to detail * Ability to organize/prioritize variety of tasks/projects * Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines * 10,000 SPH ten-key * 40 WPM typing * Ability to continue education, as necessary * Valid driver's license Desired * Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and organizational structure * Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel * Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service * Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately * Greet visitors, as needed * Create memos, correspondence, and other documents * Provide assistance at the following areas: split/loam, verification, pallet label/receiving, arrival, appointment, inventory control, report, import and swing-shift/graveyard desks * Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
