Leading a well-established tax practice, the full-time Kansas Licensed Tax Practice Leader will perform tax preparation and review work, manage a team, and drive client relationships while transitioning to a hybrid remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Continue performing tax preparation and review work alongside leadership duties Act as the senior technical resource and people manager for the tax team, ensuring accountability Serve as a primary client-facing leader, managing high-net-worth relationships and pursuing new business opportunities Required Qualifications Active CPA License in good standing 10 to 15+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting, private practice, or a wealth management firm Proven experience in leading a team and holding individuals accountable Strong client-facing communication skills with high-net-worth clients Entrepreneurial mindset with a successful track record in business development
