To support a growing team, the full-time Series 7 Licensed Investment Specialist will manage customer communications regarding treasury products, educate users on product functionality, and resolve complex issues while working remotely or from designated office locations. Key responsibilities: Own customer communications across chat and email, addressing application questions and complex treasury/investment topics Educate customers on product functionality and its integration within their accounts Identify systemic issues and collaborate with product and engineering teams to propose solutions Required qualifications: Active Series 7 and S63 or S65 licenses; Series 99 is a plus 3+ years of experience in a fintech customer experience/support role or a similarly complex, regulated environment Deep knowledge of treasury, mutual funds, and equity trading products Proficiency with CRM and support tools, preferably Zendesk A data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to identify trends and drive decisions
