Taking full ownership of a caseload of defined contribution retirement plans, the fully remote Retirement Plan Compliance Administrator will manage annual administration and compliance services, ensuring adherence to IRS and ERISA regulations while collaborating closely with internal Consultants. Key Responsibilities Perform annual retirement plan administration and compliance services for qualified retirement plans Complete plan valuations and prepare compliance testing, including ADP/ACP, IRC Section 415, and Top-Heavy Testing Review compliance work for accuracy, analyze participant census data, and prepare Form 5500 filings Required Qualifications 2-3+ years of retirement plan administration or compliance experience Strong understanding of qualified retirement plan compliance and annual administration Experience performing non-discrimination and compliance testing Experience preparing Form 5500 filings Ability to interpret retirement plan documents and amendments
