Seeking experienced ophthalmologists, the remote Ophthalmology Advisor will provide clinical, operational, and strategic insights to enhance a digital health platform focused on vision care and chronic disease management. Key responsibilities Provide clinical and strategic guidance on initiatives related to ophthalmology, teleophthalmology, and preventive vision care Advise on clinical workflows, physician adoption, and opportunities to improve virtual care delivery Support the evaluation of new products and digital tools relevant to ophthalmology and chronic disease management Required qualifications MD or DO with experience practicing ophthalmology Board certification or board eligibility in ophthalmology preferred Experience in comprehensive ophthalmology, cataract surgery, or digital health preferred Strong understanding of ophthalmology workflows and healthcare technology Ability to commit approximately 2-4 hours per month to advisory activities
