Perform financial analysis and decision support for finance and operational leadership. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision making. Analyze revenue, expenses, labor, and operational performance trends across the health system. Partner with finance leadership to prepare and present financial reports and recommendations. Utilize tools such as Power BI, Cerner, Service Line Reporting, PowerCosting, and PowerLabor to provide actionable insights. Support forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic financial initiatives. Collaborate with operational leaders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
