What's a typical day as an Eligibility/Enrollment Processor? You'll be: Reviewing and processing applications for healthcare and insurance programs. Verifying documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance. Entering and updating applicant data in internal systems while maintaining organized, confidential records. Offering basic guidance to applicants on eligibility requirements and responding to general inquiries.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, with basic communication and customer service skills. Are familiar with Medicare or healthcare programs (a plus), and can follow procedures while meeting deadlines. Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
