Supporting a dental practice management software platform, the full-time Financial Analyst - AI Analytics will apply advanced financial analysis, automation, and AI-driven insights to enhance subscription revenue, practice usage, and operational performance. Key responsibilities Build and maintain financial models for key performance metrics including ARR, MRR, and churn Develop AI-enabled forecasting models to predict customer behavior and automate finance processes Analyze practice management workflows to connect usage trends with financial outcomes and support pricing decisions Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis, preferably in SaaS or healthcare IT Strong financial modeling and advanced MS Excel skills, with experience in Power BI or similar tools Experience implementing AI tools or automation in a finance or analytics context Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field Experience supporting DSO or multi-location healthcare customers preferred
