To support a growing virtual outpatient clinical practice for older adults, the part-time or full-time Wisconsin Licensed Remote Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and manage documentation efficiently while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient Participate in regular case consultations and clinical leadership meetings Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Wisconsin Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
