Property & Utility Review: Assess property conditions using photos, gather client feedback, review utility bills, resolve discrepancies, and allocate payments appropriately. Documentation & Compliance: Accurately document property records and service actions with notes and supporting materials to meet required timelines and quality standards. Client Communication & Support: Provide professional, courteous communication with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective service. Software & Workflow Management: Use internal systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks, research utility details, and maintain updated knowledge of company services.
