To support operational excellence, the full-time IT Technical Systems Support Analyst will manage incident and change requests, provide technical support for users, and ensure compliance with IT governance policies while working collaboratively with both technical and business teams. Key responsibilities Respond to business and technical tickets, managing incident and change requests Analyze and improve processes related to the ticket intake system for the hosted solution (ClaimsXM) Document technical specifications and support compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's or associate's degree, or a minimum of seven years in an IT support position Working knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery practices Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and MS SQL Server permissions Experience with Cognizant/TriZetto Facets and FedRamp policies is a plus Strong understanding of computers, networks, and security systems
