Compensation Package

• Sales Manager: $70,000–$75,000 base salary + commission (40/30 split on business brought in, 5–7% on producers' book of business under your coaching).
• CLAM and Commercial Marketing Specialist: $75,000–$90,000 base salary.

Responsibilities

Sales Manager

• Act as a "player-coach," developing and mentoring producers to grow their books of business.
• Implement and refine systems to enhance sales processes and team performance.
• Utilize advanced software tools, including AMS360 and Highlevel Insured Mind, to support sales and logistics.

Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)

• Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including quoting new and renewal business, issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and handling billing inquiries.
• Manage a portfolio of fleet-focused accounts, each generating $20,000+ in revenue.
• Collaborate with producers to ensure seamless client experiences.

Commercial Marketing Specialist

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to support the growth of commercial lines.
• Work closely with the sales and account management teams to identify opportunities and drive business development.
• Leverage technology and data analytics to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Active 2-20 license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a relevant role; candidates with a process-oriented mindset are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 and Highlevel Insured Mind software.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Work Environment: On-site position; relocation assistance may be considered for exceptional candidates.
