Job description
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Manager, Data Cloud Partners will coach Partner Development Managers, drive ecosystem strategy, and foster joint go-to-market success within the Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing sectors in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Coach and mentor a team of Partner Development Managers to enhance partner recruitment and scaling Develop and execute innovative partner strategies to drive efficiency and insights in target industries Build relationships with sales teams to facilitate joint sales efforts and expand partner ecosystem adoption Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, or business development, preferably in cloud and enterprise data platforms 3+ years of direct management experience leading partner or sales teams in a tech organization Deep understanding of retail, CPG, manufacturing, and related use cases such as demand forecasting and logistics Proven track record in building partner ecosystems and executing go-to-market strategies Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite leadership
