Overview

The Public Relations Specialist will serve as the content creator for the Public Relations / Marketing department. The person in this role will work closely with management to develop original content for Palm Tran’s social media channels and marketing campaigns. Responsibilities will include creating a range of content, such as filming and editing videos, basic graphic design, photography, and writing for both internal and external communications. The role will also involve supporting the development of marketing and public relations campaigns and materials.

Work is performed under the general direction of the Senior Manager of Public Relations and is reviewed through conferences, reports, and evaluation of results obtained.

Responsibilities

• Create original content for Palm Tran’s social media channels and marketing campaigns.
• Film and edit videos, perform basic graphic design, photography, and writing for internal and external communications.
• Support the development of marketing and public relations campaigns and materials.
