What We're Looking For : High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational / Technical training preferred. 5-7 years in industrial maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong background in PLC programming and troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, and welding. Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a maintenance team; effective communication with management, production teams, and vendors. Skilled in scheduling and tracking maintenance activities, inventory, and budgets. Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to a safety-first environment. Willingness to adjust work hours (evenings / weekends / on-call) to meet operational needs. What You'll Do : Supervise, train, and mentor up to six Maintenance Technicians, providing guidance on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and daily tasks. Develop and manage a comprehensive PM schedule using CMMS, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment lifespan. Monitor and maintain all machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs; perform MIG / ARC welding when needed. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure issues to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain cost-effective inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor maintenance spending. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies, fostering a safety-first culture and conducting regular audits. Work closely with the Plant Manager and production teams to align maintenance plans with production goals and schedules. Lead initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, adopt new technologies, and streamline operations.
