Description
This position is responsible for assisting internal and external customers in purchasing necessary spare parts for their equipment via phone, fax, email and / or other written media while maintaining a high level of customer service and increasing spare parts sales. Other duties include filing of all written documents; routinely updating the Parts Team essential documentation / manuals and generating customer requested quotes.
This position will travel up to 5% of the time. Working schedule will be Tuesday – Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., and Saturday 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 p.m. with Sundays and Mondays off. During the training period, the working schedule will be Monday - Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Schedule needs to be flexible to accommodate internal and external customer’s schedules. Provide afterhours support as needed.

Education / Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one - year related experience in sales or customer service.
Language Ability :
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills :
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word, & Excel. Experience with ERP systems required. SAP experience preferred.
