Key Responsibilities
Lead social media strategy for multiple brands, including channel selection and content approach
Manage and develop team members responsible for online reputation management and community engagement
Oversee social content calendars, workflows, and quality control while collaborating with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in social media or related digital marketing disciplines
Prior people management experience with direct reports
Proven experience leading social media efforts across multiple brands or clients
A portfolio showcasing social-first work, including short form video
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and emerging content trends
