Must-haves

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking to hire an Customer Service Specialist for one of our pharmaceutical clients located in Berkeley Heights, NJ.

This person will be joining the Trade Operations Group and will be managing and maintaining order fulfillment responsibilities for the client and their customers.

They will be supporting end-to-end order management through the use of tools such as : Excel, SAP, & Oracle. The ability to be detail oriented, organized, and analytical will help this person be successful in this role.

The primary responsibility of this position is general account management and support for a variety of pharmaceutical / healthcare customers.

Candidate is required to be onsite in hybrid format 4 days a week in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
