Job Opportunity : Water Technician

Paul Davis is looking for a Water Technician to join our team. As a Water Technician, you will serve others in their time of need, make a difference for those who have had a disaster strike their property, and work hard to complete projects such as mitigating flood and fire damage. You will also be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology. Additionally, you will be responsible for QA job reporting and documentation from the field.

  • Hourly pay : $18.00 - $25.00 / hr based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications (requirements) :

  • Desire to join a world-class team and contribute.
  • Dedication to customer service.
  • Organized but flexible. Must be able to prioritize and manage competing requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Clean criminal background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Have the ability to work nights / weekends and overtime, as required.
  • Ability to lift 75lbs continually.
  • Desire to continually learn new things.

    • Role on the team (job responsibilities) :

  • Always put safety first.
  • Apply and continue to develop mastery of water mitigation tasks including : tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos / lead abatement, and carpet cleaning / reinstallation services per Paul Davis' exacting standards and best in class industry practices.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with the team.
  • Embody brand values.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
