A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Process release of information requests efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
Perform quality checks on all work to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper invoicing
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and maintaining a professional appearance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma (GED) required
A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred
Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type 50 words per minute and operate office equipment like fax machines and scanners
Self-motivated team player with proven customer satisfaction skills
