Junior Account Executive
Established uniform company seeking a driven Junior Account Executive who's ready to start their career in sales and client management learning the business from the ground up and developing into a future Sales Leader.
Position Overview
The Junior Account Executive will support and grow existing client relationships while assisting with day-to-day sales operations. You'll work closely with the Sales Director and Operations team to ensure clients receive excellent service and support. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, account management, and customer relations with clear opportunities for advancement into roles such as Account Manager and Sales Director as skills and experience grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key support contact for assigned accounts assisting with orders, product inquiries, and service requests.
- Help maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products within existing accounts.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports for leadership review.
- Attend and represent company at 46 trade shows or industry events annually to learn the business and network with clients.
- Monitor client activity and provide feedback on market trends and product needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 12 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (internship experience welcome).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales career.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus.What We Offer
