Job descriptionMinimum 2 years of experience in international freight forwarding (air, ocean, or both). Exposure to project logistics or complex cargo movements is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed. Self-starter with a passion for logistics and customer service. Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus. Familiarity with global trade regulations and Incoterms. Key Responsibilities
- Support senior sales staff in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized clients in international freight forwarding.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
