Job Description
Need 1-3 years of experience
Looking for someone to work in Identity and Access Management space
Someone who is working on IAM Administration
Will be working on receiving request notifications, fulfilling those requests, completing them and escalating if needed
Will be working on Issue resolution
Some off-hours support will be needed - hence, some on-call support may be needed
Someone working within Operations space will be ideal
Degree is not needed, good exp is needed
Team uses Active Directory, Azure tools as well which are desire
Will be resolving 30-40 tickets in a day
MUST HAVES
Operations
Resolving tickets / requests related to user accesses, provisioning and deprovisioning, etc.
