Pennsylvania Licensed Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Title Examiner who will be responsible for examining titles to determine the legal condition of primarily residential property titles.

Key Responsibilities

Perform title examination and analyze records to determine ownership and legal restrictions

Resolve issues related to missing or inaccurate information in title documentation

Prepare initial title commitment documentation and review reports for accuracy

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

5+ years of experience in searching and examining titles, specifically with refinance and resale transactions

California experience is required

Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)

Strong customer service focus
