Summary : Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee project financials, administration, management, and ensure customer satisfaction for assigned projects.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of commercial project management experience
MS Project proficiency for project tracking & scheduling
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 12 months
Preferred Skills :
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management
OSHA 30 certification
Responsibilities :
Maintain customer satisfaction through concern investigation and communication planning
Lead all aspects of project administration including adherence to contract clauses and managing compliance
Financially manage projects including cash flow, cost / revenue forecasting, and expense monitoring
Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contracts and setting expectations with customers
Utilize qualified subcontractors and manage subcontractor execution in line with project requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules
Note : Position requires retrofitting HVAC equipment experience in large commercial settings. Candidates must have non-residential construction experience.
Pay Details : $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
