Position Overview :

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects from concept to completion.

You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your leadership and project management skills will be at the forefront of our success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety.
• Collaborate with the project team, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
• Review and approve project invoices and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
