In this role, you will be a vital support to our platform leadership team at Coinbase, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the team. You will leverage your experience working with Executives in product / engineering to understand their priorities and manage their time effectively, while utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage tasks within large teams. A positive attitude and adaptability will be essential as you navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be part of a centralized EA / EBP team and will work cross-functionally with other Coinbase EAs, providing support and coverage for the team.

Job Duties

  • Supporting two VPs of Engineering.
  • Managing complex calendars for large engineering teams with an analytical mindset around time management.
  • Booking complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and other logistics when necessary.
  • Effectively communicating and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams and external partners as a representative of the Executive.
  • Attending meetings as requested, taking notes, and tracking / following up on action items.
  • Ability to understand the Executive's priorities and make judgement calls on their behalf.
  • Assisting in planning offsites and other events.

Job Requirements

  • Proactive self-starter who builds relationships quickly in a remote work environment with large teams.
  • Positive work ethic with a no-fuss, can-do approach to ensure work gets done quickly and efficiently.
  • Flexible and accommodating approach to the job; willing to respond to requests out of office hours as required.
  • Eagerness to dive into technical understanding of the engineering team.
  • Pay Range : $117,385$138,100 USD
