What this job involves : The Regional Account HSSE Lead will be responsible for implementing and managing HSSE supporting the Amazon Global Real Estate & Facilities account. The most important objective of this role will be ensuring that our client, our employees and sub-contractors return home safely at the end of their working day. This highly visible, fast-paced role requires delivering timely, relevant information and appropriate counsel for HSSE matters to critical stakeholders. As a member of the Work Dynamics HSSE team, you will support the implementation of the JLL HSSE strategy while fostering a strong health and safety culture and delivering world-class HSSE results with improved productivity and flawless execution.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Performance : Act as focal point for HSSE across the region and implement JLL Work Dynamics HSSE strategic objectives.
• Manage and reduce operational risks by providing guidance on health and safety risk management at all levels.
• Digitize and automate HSSE processes while maintaining current knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Facilitate implementation of processes to achieve compliance with account KPIs and oversee HSSE incident investigations.
• Leadership : Foster a culture of safety across the region and lead the account regional HSSE team.
• Develop client relationships ensuring expected service levels and deliver consistent training programs.
• Standards : Oversee implementation of JLL Global HSSE standards and align practices to Client HSSE requirements.

Required Qualifications : Minimum 10 years HSE management experience within Operational Management systems and working with corporate clients. Experience managing HSE for multiple sites across multiple countries with strong regulatory environment understanding. Appropriate recognized Professional HSE qualifications and memberships. Management system development, implementation and auditing experience. Experience implementing HSE technology platforms and data management tools across multiple countries & regions. Experience managing a multi-cultural team of HSE professionals. Significant practical experience problem solving HSE issues in dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications : Positive, proactive, energetic approach to safety management. Strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues and senior management. Influencing / negotiation skills with ability to adopt different styles depending on circumstances. Knowledge of Internationally recognized HSE Management systems. Strong cultural awareness with unwavering ethical standards and collaborative approach.
