Key Responsibilities
Assist internal and external customers with inquiries and provide high-quality customer service
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Develop and implement departmental policies and strategies to enhance client relationships and service quality
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
Previous experience in customer service is necessary
Experience in the Real Estate and Title Industry is preferred
Familiarity with notary services is a plus
