We are looking for a Customer Technical Solutions - Containerization and DevOps Specialist that will provide on-site installation, configuration, support, and training for platform, desktop, and mobile products in environments ranging from traditional desktop to cloud-based implementations. Customer interactions are documented in Salesforce (Customer Relationship Management). Other duties will require troubleshooting customer issues and requests via e-mail, phone, and on-site customer visits. Software deficiency and enhancement requests are documented in Azure DevOps. Candidates will be required to conduct software demonstrations at trade shows, conferences, and customer sites, so strong presentation and public speaking skills are needed. Assist with training material development and other sales, marketing, testing, and customer support activities as required. This role will also be involved with the upkeep and modernization of GXP's largest enterprise deployment.
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work, this will be a full time onsite role.
