Clinical Dietitians at Driscoll play a vital role in both inpatient and outpatient settings, supporting a wide range of pediatric patients—including those with nutritional needs related to neonatal care, endocrine and diabetes management, eating disorders, and gastroenterology. Whether working with medically fragile infants or managing long-term outpatient care plans, our dietitians are essential to our mission of improving child health through nutrition and education.

Position Details :
Title : Clinical Dietitian
Location : Specialty Clinic - Brownsville, TX
Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Schedule : Part time, 2 to 3 days a week

Experienced dietitians and new graduates are encouraged to apply! Upcoming or recent graduates may interview for our roles prior to completing and passing their Registered Dietitian certification exam.
As a Clinical Dietitian at Driscoll Children's Hospital, you'll be a key member of our pediatric care team, delivering evidence-based nutrition support to patients and families across inpatient and outpatient settings. You'll perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, provide education to patients and caregivers, and collaborate closely with physicians and nurses on interdisciplinary care. This role includes monitoring medical nutrition therapy, verifying diet and formula orders, documenting in the EMR, and ensuring accurate billing.
