A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments in the EMR system
Document patient requests and information accurately to ensure effective responses
Coordinate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet call production goals
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, medical office, or as a receptionist
Previous medical office experience preferred; optometric or ophthalmic experience is a plus
Proficiency in using multiple computer programs simultaneously
Knowledge of state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines
