ICU RN Job Details - Portland Healthcare Jobs Location : Portland, OR 97213 (Oregon nursing jobs) Estimated Weekly Salary : $2010-$2160 Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 24 / 2025 - End : 2 / 23 / 2026) Healthcare Setting : Short Term Acute Care Hospital, 36-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Shift : 12-hour nights (19 : 00 - 07 : 00), 3 shifts per week Hours per Week : 36 Employment Type : Travel RN, On-Site Floating : Required within hospital and to nearby affiliate facilities Weekend Coverage : Required (every other weekend, sometimes more) Parking : Free on-site Charting System : Epic Scrub Color : Any color ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon (pending license accepted) Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; CCRN preferred Experience with Epic charting system Reliable vehicle required for travel between facilities Ability to float to other critical care units and affiliate hospitals Two supervisory references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years ICU RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill adult patients in a 36-bed ICU Monitor and manage patients requiring advanced interventions : ventilator management, continuous ECG monitoring, pulmonary artery pressure monitoring, cardiac output, VAD, IABP, pacemakers, CRRT, ECMO, and therapeutic hypothermia Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, care for ventilated patients, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response Float to other critical care units or affiliate hospitals as needed Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR Participate in self-scheduling and work every other weekend (or as needed) Apply now to join our healthcare team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Portland, Oregon.
