Job description

Culinary Depot, a leading provider of commercial kitchen equipment and design solutions , is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Construction Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is ideal for driven sales professionals with a strong background in construction sales who excel at building strategic relationships, managing complex project cycles, and delivering value to general contractors, developers, and foodservice clients.

We offer a base salary of $90,000 – $120,000 plus performance-based bonus , along with significant growth opportunities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with general contractors, architects, developers, and key decision-makers in the commercial construction and foodservice industries.

Review architectural drawings, kitchen layouts, and specifications to identify opportunities and prepare accurate equipment bids and proposals.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while leveraging an existing network of construction and foodservice contacts.

Represent Culinary Depot professionally during client meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry events.

Collaborate with internal project managers, design teams, and operations staff to ensure seamless project execution from proposal through installation and final completion.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets through consultative selling and disciplined pipeline management.

Qualifications Proven track record in construction sales.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications.

Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility.

Experience managing long, complex sales cycles and negotiating project-based contracts.
