Key Responsibilities (Director of Financial Planning & Analysis) :

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles

Build robust models for pricing, market expansion, and investment decision-making

Develop dashboards and reports to support leadership and business strategy

Analyze results, track KPIs, and deliver clear insights on financial performance

Support board and investor materials with timely, actionable financial narratives

Qualifications (Director of Financial Planning & Analysis) :

7+ years of experience in FP&A, ideally with exposure to SaaS or tech environments

Strong modeling and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP / FP&A tools like NetSuite or Anaplan

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field - MBA / CFA is preferred but not required
