Director of Financial Planning

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Corporate FP&A team to provide accurate and insightful financial analysis

Oversee the annual budgeting process and develop financial models for planning and analysis

Prepare and present monthly and quarterly board reports and support lender reporting processes

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification preferred

7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with leadership responsibilities

Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting

Exposure to M&A transactions, including due diligence and integration

Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel; experience with planning tools is a plus
