What you'll do : We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Program Manager-M&A to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both program and project management. In this role, you will negotiate, manage, and execute contracts for large-scale M&A projects across AT&T. You will combine strategic operational knowledge with hands-on project execution expertise to deliver cost-effective solutions, ensure contractual compliance, and facilitate the seamless integration or divestiture of cross-company deliverables. You will be responsible for overseeing essential program services, managing relationships with both internal and external clients, and enhancing operational efficiency across AT&T projects. Drawing on your technical project management expertise, you will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position demands outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to foster innovation and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.
