Senior Program Manager
You will be the Senior Program Manager for the Upper Tier Integrated Air and Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Integrated and Follow-on Programs team. Our team is responsible for executing the strategic vision for Upper Tier IAMD, driving innovation and growth through both line-of-business and corporate internal research and development, and fostering collaboration across business areas to integrate capabilities and drive program success.
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for executing the strategic vision for Upper Tier IAMD, driving innovation and growth through both LOB and corporate internal research and development, and fostering collaboration across business areas to integrate capabilities and drive program success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Lead internal research and development efforts, making strategic technology investments to support the Upper Tier IAMD vision.
- Collaborate with cross-business area teams to identify and pursue integration opportunities for the THAAD Weapon System.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams to ensure new concepts are successfully transitioned to Development Programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support pursuit of new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to drive growth and expansion of Upper Tier IAMD capabilities.

This position is located at Sunnyvale, CA, Arlington, TX or Huntsville, AL. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelors or higher degree from an accredited college plus 12+ years of related professional level experienceActive Secret ClearanceDemonstrated development program management experienceAbility to travel on an as needed basisExperience working in fast-paced, advanced program or research and development environmentDesired Skills :

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
