A company is looking for a Healthcare Compliance Lead to oversee and enhance its healthcare compliance program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and improve compliance programs to adhere to healthcare regulations

Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify and address compliance vulnerabilities

Investigate compliance violations and collaborate with stakeholders during audits or investigations

Required Qualifications

5-7 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance

3 years of oversight experience in a compliance program

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field

Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks including HIPAA and Medicare / Medicaid regulations

Experience with compliance management software and data analysis tools
