About the Role:
Oakleaf Landscape Inc is looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in West Tisbury, MA!



Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination for office and field staff
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records
  • Coordinate communication between crews and clients
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory and parts
  • Support management with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Portuguese) candidates preferred
  • Experience in QBO, Word, and Excel is a plus
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role preferred
  • Experience in the landscaping, construction, or trades industry is a plus
