The Manager, Corporate Development, is responsible for advancing Americhem's inorganic growth strategy by identifying and evaluating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities that align with Americhem's strategic, technical, and commercial objectives. This role leverages deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to assess technologies, products, manufacturing capabilities, and strategic fit while building and managing a disciplined pipeline of acquisition opportunities. Working closely with the executive leadership and cross functional teams, the Manager supports opportunities from initial assessment through due diligence and transaction execution. The position offers a unique opportunity for a technically minded professional to apply their expertise in shaping Americhem's long-term growth strategy through strategic acquisitions and partnerships.
