Description Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of construction projects, helping ensure milestones, schedules, and quality standards are achieved Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly and efficiently Track project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership, proactively identifying potential risks or delays Assist with project budgeting and cost control by monitoring expenses and maintaining financial accuracy Prepare, organize, and maintain critical project documentation, including contracts, reports, meeting minutes, and schedules Help resolve project challenges by coordinating solutions and supporting effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle Promote and uphold safety standards while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations Contribute to process improvements and best practices that enhance project efficiency and overall team performance Profile Qualifications: Hands-on construction project management experience within commercial construction environments A background working on retail, QSR, fuel station, convenience store, or similar commercial projects Working knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and project delivery Experience managing subcontractor relationships and maintaining accurate project records and documentation Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to build strong relationships across project teams Familiarity with industry-leading construction software platforms, including Procore and similar project management tools Job Offer Compensation and Benefits: Competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 - $80,000, based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions Generous paid time off and company-observed holidays Ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities to support career growth Exposure to high-profile retail, restaurant, and commercial construction projects Long-term stability backed by a strong and consistent project pipeline Collaborative, team-oriented culture that encourages learning, advancement, and professional success Apply now!
