As a Performance Audit Manager, you will:
- Conduct meetings to communicate operational priorities, program information, and significant issues to subordinate staff and management officials.
- Coordinate and monitor activities either directly or through Lead Auditors/Evaluators to ensure work objectives are accomplished efficiently and effectively with emphasis on quality and timeliness.
- Manage subordinate employees in the planning and execution of audits, inspections, and evaluations. Provide leadership and technical oversight to ensure assignments are completed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, TIGTA policies and procedures, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in recruitment, interviewing, selection, promotion, reassignment, and recognition activities. Ensure employee skills and competencies align with assignment requirements.
