ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 after previously working as a State Farm team member. Insurance has always been a part of my life - I'm a second-generation State Farm agent, as my mother has been an agent for over 30 years. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Risk Management and Insurance and am passionate about helping customers protect what matters most.
Our agency is actively involved in the community through local sponsorships, including golf outings, youth sports, and outreach organizations. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance as we continue to grow our team.
Our office culture is supportive, collaborative, and fun. We genuinely enjoy working together and helping each other succeed. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Madison Riordan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
