Position Overview : As a Residential New Home Construction HVAC Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our team, focusing on estimating and designing HVAC systems for new residential construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of industry professionals, receive comprehensive training, and contribute to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Size and design HVAC systems using industry-standard software.
• Prepare ductwork designs and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Complete permitting documentation and energy calculations.
• Estimate material and labor costs per project.
• Maintain accurate records and adapt documentation to reflect onsite construction changes.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.
