Job description
Our business is growing! We are looking to add an accounting clerk to our staff at Quirk Wholesale Parts.
This is a great opportunity to join our accounting team. This position is Part Time: Monday-Friday: 25-30 flexible hours per week. Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Opening/Closing of office * Make general ledger entries and adjustments * Checking invoices for correct payments * Handling deposits/receipts * Processing return billing * Assisting drivers before deliveries. * Communicating with the sales employees on missing payments that need to be collected. * Work with Accounting Manager and assist in other accounting projects Job Requirements * Candidates should have a good customer service attitude and communication skills. * Quick learner.
